Night time traveller

We walk silently in the night,
shimmering as silver dust,
with pounding hearts
and running tears

We walk silently
but steadily towards love´s house
and the thorns of the roses are bursting us open
on our way

We arrive
as we realize
we are both being born
and are given birth
to the very soul -
the House of Love

Through the human experience
light is traveling
all night long

Nothing to fear
only to state:
The night time traveller
is always safe in me

Searching for the missing one,
the treasured one, 
the essential You 

Nowhere to be found, 
but in His cosmic heart

Duality as one

The first is the last and the latter is the first

For God´s sake

She draws doors

where there were none,

and opens new horizons.

She fills rooms

with light

by mere presence.

Her hands becomes claws when she needs to fight -

and her eyes sees in the dark.

Her wisdom is secret as a cat.

Quietly she moves among the old trees -

and their babies.

She uses the bridges of her visions,

the power in her pounding heart and

the communications with the gods.

Her love is a fire,

her flame is desire -

to be alive inside.

She doesn´t want much,

she demands only to live

in the power of the continuously moving oneness

of the whole.

Heart sutra

Love can love all.

Love can love no matter what.

Love is limitless.

You can place boarders around your personal space,

that keeps you physical safe and holds your psyche in order,

but beware of placing boarders around your heart,

because then you loose your real essence -

the essence of love.

If you feel that you are already carrying a frozen heart in your chest,

then the crucial point is forgiving.

Forgive yourself and others totally

for all imagined and real hurts.

When you forgive, you become free from the chains of resentment and can

arrive in the presence of love.

If you have done the forgiving part,

but still feel empty inside - seek to love that which you can love by now.

Love whatever you are able to love - now.

It´s like going to the gym -

you don´t start with the heaviest weights,

you start with the small ones,

and then you work yourself upwards.

The persons you find hardest to love, are your symbolically milestones.

When you decide to love these persons, one at a time,

it will result in leaps in your

personal and spiritual development.

The one person who really serves you deep soul trials,

will stretch your heart to higher realms,

if you let her/him.

Remember that during this process - every time you feel pain,

you´re ego will show up.

It will tell you to shut down, it will tell you to run, it will tell you to attack!

Face your ego without judgement.

Since there´s nothing to judge, only to recognize.

Try not to be fooled by the ego-voice, because it´s built on illusionary fear,

and we want to stay real.

When you hear this voice simply recognize it,

then check into your heart -

there you´ll find the truth.

If you feel that you live most of your daily life in love,

but at certain times it shows up certain persons and certain creatures that you just can´t love!

Then you can know for sure that you´ll still benefit from loving yourself more.

There are no unlovable persons or creatures,

only more ability to love.

Embrace therefore yourself in unconditional love every day

and ask to be showed the aspects of you that longs for healing.

When you have asked, ...listen...

then see what comes forth your inner eye.

Let your love and light embrace this rejected part of yourself.

After you have done this,

relax and tune into the certain persons or creatures that you disliked.

I bet that you now can feel sympathy

for what you earlier despited.

Love is really the way to enlightenment.

And it starts by recognizing your heart.

Listen and feel

your amazing heart.

It´s beating through time and space.......

Healing Hearts

When your heart is broken,

it is open -

to the depths of life,

and to the light of God.

The choice is yours -

will you let grief harden you,

make you bitter and old, frozen and cold?

Or will you let God finally get something to say about your pain?

I bet all He wants is to shine His light through all your wounds.

To speak softly to you through your pain,

to hold your hand as

He heals your mind,

and to melt down the barriers you hold against another,

and most of all to unify you with the soul of life.

To make you one with Him, the love master above all masters.

When your heart is broken,

My home made Easter meditation

When your love is not enough, love even more.
Just love.
Love even though life hurts you.
Love till it hurts if you have to.

Love whenever you want to hold your love back.
Love so much that your ego lets go.
Love when you are tired of loving.
Love when you don´t receive anything back.

Then finally your heart is filled with so much love that it is strong, shining and pounding of life - yes, it is healed.

Because who can hurt love?
Noone can hurt love.

If we become love, noone and nothing can hurt us, because only ego cares,
love doesn´t care
about anything else
- than being love.

Words

All words that springs from a humans mouth holds vibrations.

Laughter for example vibrates in a higher frequency than complaining.

When hu-man speaks - the universe listens - and answers in the same manner as the hu-man speak.

A wise hu-man speaks words which comes from his/her soul or his/her heart.

(S)he chooses consciously to speak in a loving manner,

and to always see the best in people.

In that way (s)he acts as a creator of love,

and thereby lives his/her life in coherence to God,

the almighty creator.

You are all the persons you meet

Let me tell you about an experiment I did today.

I was going for a 45 minute walk in the forest, around a water.

Now imagine: It is winter, the landscape is bathing in ice blue colors, tinted with sunbeams, which have forced their ways through a foggy layer on the sky. The water is frozen and people are skiing upon the frozen surface. Still, I am not the only one walking by foot around the water, as I will pass about 50 people on my way from start to finish.

I start to walk and my mind is set on worried thoughts circling and circling in my head, it´s nothing in particular - just habitual negative stinking-thinking. In less than a minute my thoughts are showing on my facial expression - a worried frown between my eyebrows and fearful eyes are sticking out from it´s shell. This fearful state of mind is soon reinforced by my surroundings. Everyone I pass wears just the same expression. I am walking on, feeling more and more isolated, as all I pass are just as cold as I am. I pass more people; children, men, women, teens and dogs of all kind - still, they all have the same expression; a negative mix of fear, reservedness, sadness, fake pride, anger and shame. Half way I am thinking "enough is enough!", and I am deciding to change my state of mind right away.

I make a decision to breathe, to feel, to smile, and to open up my heart to everyone I meet.

My state of mind changes immediately, and now I walk gracefully with a little smile on my face and a pounding heart in my chest. The next couple I meet are waking towards me smiling! I am thinking "maybe it´s a coincidence", so I walk on, still open minded and not jumping to conclusions. I keep my smile in my heart and I soak up the sun. I then pass two young teenage girls, and they were both smiling directly at me! This continued for the rest of my walk, I met only smiling eyes. I even crossed a smiling face in the snow!

I guess it´s just as clear to you, as it is to me. We are creators.

We are given free will to make our lives happy or sad, good or bad, rich or poor.

We are creators.

By mere heart

When someone hurts you

and you intuitively want to shrink in pain,

and your cells only desire are to shut down -

Then, right then -

open your heart the widest you can!

Use this hurtful situation as an emotional and spiritual stretching exercise -

like anahata yoga (heart chakra) for the brave ones!

Yes, you have asked for this pain -

to grow your heart,

to make it bloom in the darkness,

to make it shine through the three dimensional reality and into eternity.

You made it so, to reclaim your strong will to love, through it all.

So, when someone hurts you

and you intuitively want to shrink in pain,

and all your cells wants to shut down -

Then, right then -

open your heart the widest you can -

and let the pain just further in.

Definitions on love

Love is not about -

"What can I get out of this?".

Love is not about the basic realm of simply feeling good.

Love is not about safety.

Love is nothing about keeping.

Love is about - "How much can I assist in your souls growth?"

Water

Water says: 
If you love,

I love.

If you respect,

I respect.

If you trust,

I trust.

When you speak, I listen.

When you look, I see.

When you call, I come.

When you turn around,

I´ll go around.

When you smile, I smile too.

When you cry, I cry for you.

When you pray, I pray with you.

I am You -

looking at Me.

I am water,

your emotional reality.

I am the reflecting surface of the sea,

and just as the sea -

I am keeping all you contain -

in the depths of me.

I am what you see me to be -

I am water, your emotional reality.

You and I

You Are life.

I am life

with you in death.

You Are the sun

and the clouds

hiding the sun too.

I Am the sun

inside of the clouds,

and the rain washing us away, to new ocean shores.

I Am the air in your lungs,

the itching in your skin,

and the kiss on your lips, blessing you

- as you kiss another.

I Am yours,

and completely myself.

You Are yours,

belonged only to the nameless, I.

I Am you,

and I Am not you.

I Am whatever you want me to be -

and still I Am all of me.

I am no longer afraid to loose

myself.

I find myself in love with you.

As darkness, as light

Thank you surrounding darkness,

for forcing me to see my light.

Thank you agonizing pain,

for driving me mad enough to feel

my total well being.

Thank you sickness,

for making me see your illusion, and claim myself as healthy.

Thank you hatred

for driving me insane enough,

to surrender to love.

Thank you shrinking shame,

for making me feel so vulnerable, naked and real, and therefore compassionate towards others shame based reality.

Thank you bitterness,

for making me feel a wonderful sense of freedom,

when I choose forgiveness.

Thank you bastards for letting me see my beauty.

Thank you ego, for making me become this human divine.

Thank you Death, for giving me a New Life!

Blue velvet

There are these moments -

moments when all I see is blue.

These moments are the moments,

when I need

to get myself home to you.

To see myself in your eyes.

To feel myself as you.

To meet my strangeness in your presence,

to become true,

to the color blue.

The blue is pulling me through -

It´s calling me all the way

through the dark forest of shame,

and over the high mountain of stiffened fear -

and home to the Land of You.

"Strange color blue", I am amazed.

How your light highly guides -

when I let your signs

decide.

Who would know? That the color blue,

were pure

as the first white snow -

ever falling on you.
