Love is in the air

Love is always available. Love is in the air.

From my own life-experiences I have come up with three simple steps to heal a heart:

If your heart is closed you need to release all the pain through forgiveness. First forgive yourself and then forgive the one or those who hurt you, betrayed you or let you down. Forgiveness is a way of starting to re-love your broken heart. The next step is to invite the Highest vibration of Love in the Universe into your life. Ask the creator of all creations, to shine through the cracks in your broken heart. This will let the light in. The third step you will benefit from is to make friends with the past, and then let it go for what it is - your past. When you have forgiven yourself and others (1), and let the light of the creator shine through the cracks of your broken heart, daily for some time (2), and made friends with the past by accepting it for what it is - your past (3). When you have done these three steps, you are once again free - to feel the love in your lovely heart.

I encourage you to cry all the tears you need to cry in this healing process, and to take the time you need to heal. Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to spend some time on your own and in a slower pace than the rest of the society. You are now investing in your own emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. Let the love of the creator heal you, cause when you do, you will be open to live in love on a daily basis, without being dependent of others to love you. You will simply love yourself!
