When you look at the world and all you see is darkness,
remember that what you see are illusions,
and embrace the truth that - you are LIFE.
When friends are not friends anyway,
and you feel the same pain
as hundred times before,
remember to let go,
because you have your best friend right inside of your heart.
When you forget to be good to yourself,
and it seems like you´ll never get it right,
remember that this is just a cloud passing by.
It´s in the moments of confusion, you gain clarity.
It´s in the moment of despair, you declare your hope.
It´s in the times of darkness, that you re-connect with your inner sun.
Look at the birds - do they quit singing, because of what´s going on in the world?
Do the dolphins stop playing, because of the financial crisis?
No, they keep loving life - for that´s the natural thing to do.
They keep singing their song, because that´s how they celebrate God.
They keep it up, because, there is no use letting the world drag your spirit down.
The world is just a play, and it will go on for a while or two.
There´s no reason to be a part of the play, if you don´t want to.
When you are attending the play, you are playing by the rules of the world.
When you realize that you can step out of this play,
by breaking your attachments to this world,
you have already freed yourself tremendously.
If you keep up - keep recognizing your attachments,
and break them one by one,
you will free both your heart, your mind and your soul,
and start singing your song.
The song that you are. The song you somewhere along the way forgot.
Liberation is in you -
liberation is what happens when you get insight into the rules of creation.
The rules of the world, is empty, and leads to emptiness.
The rules of the Creator, are made of true love,
and therefore can only lead to abundance and love.
When you are down and troubled,
I recommend that you don´t seek solutions in the world,
because the world was what got you down and troubled in the first place.
Seek inside your heart - see how your heart is connected
to God´s heart - that you are ONE.
When you seek and practice to live by the laws of God,
then you will have your Heaven right here on Earth.
